How to Start a Nazarene Torah Study Group

Q: How do I start a Nazarene Torah study?

* Open your home to a few friends for an evening Scripture study.

* Print and distribute copies of the “Free Bible Quiz” at http://www.lulu.com/nazarene with your address and meeting time written on each copy. Distribute them as widely as you can, put them on doors and under windshield wipers.

* Take 10 to 15 minutes before opening for some get-to-know each other time. (This is only needed in new groups or when there are visitors). Go around the room asking an ice breaking question. Below are a list to work from:
o When did "God" become more than a word to you?
o What was your religious upbringing?
o What is your favorite book of the Bible? (Why?)

* Using the free booklets, free bible course and “blog” articles from WNAE at http://www.lulu.com/nazarene and http://www.nazarenespace.com teach the truth of Torah and Messiah to the group.

* Start at the beginning… teach the first nine chapters of Genesis as a starter for Gentiles in order to introduce them to the Seven Laws of Noah and ultimately the rest of the Torah.

* Close with prayer

* Fellowship and refreshments.

ATTITUDE: Always welcome everyone. Do not be negative. Maintain Torah as truth and freedom and as a thing to rejoice in. Also, If you do start a group in your home let us know. We are keeping a list of the study groups and will be corresponding with them in particular concerning Nazarene Judaism.

If you have any questions in regards to Nazarene Torah Study Groups, please contact us:
Email: cleartruth@yahoo.com

Don't delay. Get a Nazarene Torah Study Group started in your home. We will help you with the details.

Parashah Torah book division

There are a total of 54 weeks Parashah studies which consist of the 5 books of Moshe : B'resheet, Sh'mot, Vayikra, Bamidbar and D'varim.

The Number of each Parashah Torah portion is indicated in the Hebraic Torah Transliteration Scripture and also along with the Haftarah reading.

It is still in process of improvising the Parashah directory.

I have not included the Brit Hadashah yet. I thought is best to leave to the Ruach HaKodesh leading as to where is best read along with the Torah, Haftarah and Tehillim.

Go this site to see the Parashah directory Chart

This is last book I have rename the file names, The entire scripture has been reorganised.

Why do we read the the Song of Songs on the Passover. The Song of Songs is really an allegory for Elohim's love for the people Yisrael. Since the story of the Exodus is also the beginning of the love relationship between Elohim and Yisrael, Pesach is an appropriate time to learn about this love.

Elohim has not forgotten Yisrael, but rather that Yisrael is still Elohim's beloved. This is a message of hope and consolation.

Hebrew English
I have added the background wall texture, a picture taken when I was at the Petra, the bar line is also the texture taken on sight in the Mount Seir.

I have enlarge the fonts for easy reading.

Some information added about the book of Ovadyah as to who he was.

Sefer Ovadyah is the shortest sefer in the Tenakh and the third shortest in the entire Scripture. it has one theme only: The destruction of the descendants of Yaakov's twin brother Esav who were bitter enemies of the people of Yisrael. Ovadyah was an Edomite and a proselyte, who became a high official in the court of Achav and Iezevel.(See Melachim I 18:1-5, which describes how Ovadyah saved 100 prophets from death).

Ovadyah opens with a prediction of the downfall of Edom by invaders.Its leading city, Sela or Petra, was carved out of the side of the high, ro-red cliffs south of the Dead Sea. It was considered impregnable against attack. However Hashem would bring them down from the eagle heights and their nest among the stars.

The use of the Name of Elohim in the Apostolic Writings

There are some thing I made some distinguish of using Greek and Hebrew and Aramaic in my personal Transliteration Scriptures devotion studies.

In the Brit Hadashah (New Testament or Apostolic writings) I mainly use Elohim for "God" in Hebrew, Adonay as for "Lord", YHWH as for "LORD'; Yeshua as for "Jesus" in the Aramaic language the word Elohim use is "Eloah" some other Hebraic version uses the "Eloah". There those who believes that the Brit Hadashah uses Aramaic instead of Greek language. We can also see another example in the book of Daniel Aramaic language is use. Studies are still under pending. I did not have enough of evidence to proof it yet.

In the book of Acts chapter 17:24-34 I use the following Greek terms:

God = Theos
Lord / Master = Kurios

Reason is because Rav Sha'ul or Paulos or Paul is speaking to the Greeks Goyim (Gentiles) which he does not Addresses "God" in Hebrew Names, he uses the language of the goyim.

I also notice Acts chapter 17:24-34 Paulos did not speak forth the Name "Yeshua" or "Iēsous" or in English "Jesus". only "Theos" and Kurios .

This gives us some idea of how we should use the Hebrew Name of Elohim; YHWH, Adonay Yeshua.

I use Hebrew names only when the Apostles are speaking to the Yehudim and lost house of Yisrael which is the Two houses.
